root@cheetah:~# pkg install amp

Try relaxing the pattern, refreshing and/or examining the catalogs:
 amp

Solution is simple:

root@cheetah:~# pfexec pkg set-publisher -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev opensolaris.org
